An international non-governmental organization (INGO) is seeking Small Grants Manager for its Community Mobilization Program in Sindh (CMP). The project aims to provide small grants to schools beside other interventions. He/She will be responsible for compliant and effective grants procedures; negotiate, draft and finalize grant agreements; manage the closeout of grants, including working with program staff to gather all necessary documentation for timely closeout. Prepare and maintain grants manual including support flow charts and forms. Carry out grants agreements & grants activities in accordance with the established contracts work flow procedures; ensure that all grants approvals are in compliance with the limitations of the Delegation of Authority. Create a grant tracking matrix and maintain real time information on the programmatic and financial status of individual grants. Contribute to regular meetings and reporting on implementation and grant status updates, internal and external. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, and for the safe custody of all grants agreements documents for audit and close out This position will be based in Sukkur and will require frequent travel in different locations of Sindh province. He/She will report to the Chief of Party, Karachi. Candidates with experience working on USAID projects, fluent spoken & written English and Sindhi language skill is required for this position. Minimum Qualifications and Experience • Master’s Degree • 4-5 years of experience in federal government contracts administration working with the FAR and OMB circulars 110, and 122, 133, etc.; • Strong communication and organizational skills; • Knowledge of USAID ADS system, the Federal Acquisition Regulations cost/price analysis, indirect rate development, contracts types and grants If you meet the above criteria, please email us your detailed CV and covering letter by December 31, 2014 to jobs.ingocmp@gmail.com .
